pixar's new hit.

Ok, I saw Wall-E yesterday, and I have to say that it was adorable.
It's definitley not for everyone because in the beginning there is very little talking, but his expressions just say it all. He breaks your heart! You never thought you could fall in love with a trash compacting robot before you've seen this. And I will say this might just be my favorite animated movie ever.

What is really weird is that the night before I saw it I realized I was getting so sick of eating food out of colorful packages, have like five different screens blairing in my house at once, always feel like I need something electonic to entertain myself, and being bombarded with so many options and advertisements. Everything is pressuring us into bigger (and better!) I just want things simple. I want to read, drink a cup of hot tea, and sit in the sunshine for once instead of sitting in a dark room going through Perez Hilton while sipping on carbonated corn syrup in an aluminum can. I want olive oil, veggies, and pasta steaming in a pan on the stove instead of a little plastic tray of who-knows-what, with little brown and crispy edges that look oh-so-appetizing.
In this movie you really see why someone would want what I do.

**on a sidenote, I think I'm starting to believe in the law of attraction.
